Her father is a small trader whose annual revenue does not exceed US $1400.00. With the little at hand, the head of the family is faced with problems to cope with all the family members’ basic needs. Fortunately they live in a modest family house that prevents him from paying the house rent. As for Ndeye Anta’s mother, she is a brave housewife who always manages to fix the daily meals that are often based on rice. Little Ndeye Anta has not yet started her school career. She spends her time playing with her neighborhood friends, running the small errands or being by her mother’s side. She does need assistance in order to live in better conditions.
