Fatoumata is a lovely and courageous little girl living with her parents in a small house located in Sougueta community with very limited access to water and electricity. They rely on their poor traditional farming activities which gives them almost $350 US dollars a year. This barely covers their basic needs such as fooding and schooling of children. Fatoumata, this girl hasn’t any physical handicap. She is attending school and enjoys counting and reciting. She sleeps on a mat under mosquito net. She loves hanging around her mom and her siblings. With a loving support this child could go, through good education, farther than what she is pre-destined for.
