Mam Fana and family lives in the provincial area of The Gambia. She lives in a  farming community where most or all the farmers there rely heavily on seasonal rains. They migrated from Senegal in search of better land for farming. She is fine and in good shape. Mam Fanas parents are seasonal farmers and they depend on farming as their main sources of income which is often too low to enable them take care of the family needs. She is at the Home Based Dara currently. Mam Fana is attending an Arabic school in her village and enjoying reading short suras in the Quran.
