Kyrancalix is simply yet lovingly called KC! Home to Kc is with his parents and siblings in a modest dwelling made of bamboo and wood, situated within a remote rural community. His father works tirelessly as a construction worker, earning around $90 a month, while his mother manages their daily needs with dedication and care. They have a simple solar panel that generates minimal electricity, they fetch water from a nearby manual pump and cook using firewood. They are fortunately within access to barangay facilities, such as the health center and barangay proper. Meanwhile, KC enjoys his lessons such as music and art. He loves wearing blue shirts and never misses a chance to enjoy fried chicken. He spends his free time playing imaginative games with his cousins and engaging in outdoor adventures! He also is fond of singing and dancing. And as he plays with his old toys, imagining them to be rescued by him as a firefighter, he dreams of becoming one someday!
