Napassara or Oum is a  girl who was born into needy family. Her father and mother are separated, each of them got a new family. Her mother has gone to work in other province.  Oum lives with her maternal grandfather, grandmother, relative and elder brother in a small house.  Oum is now 12 years old and currently studying at grade 6.  Her grandfather would gather recyclable waste for sale and his income is inconsistent. When free from working, her grandfather and grandmother would go fishing and gathering vegetable for home cooking, this helped limit the family expenses. It is not easy to make ends meet and survive with uncertain circumstance and inconsistent income. Her family may be unable to ensure the girl a decent education and proper feeding which may risk her growth. With your act of kindness, Oum and her family will live a better life. Also, her educational opportunity will be secured.
