Seibatu lives in a farming community located in the eastern part of Sierra Leone which provides a nice and peaceful environment with suitable lands for agriculture. Seibatu lives with her grandmother and teenage mother in a small house made with mud bricks and roofed with old zinc. They fetch drinking water from a hand pump well and use the stream for cleaning and cooking. Seibatu stays healthy most of the time. Her mother does the house works and takes care of the family while her grandmother works very hard as a farmer who earns less than $ 250.00 per annum which is not enough to raise the family out of poverty. She attends primary school where she enjoys number work as her favorite subject. She is very smart, clever, playful and nice child who likes to play balance ball. With sponsorship, Seibatu will grow to be one of the educated women in her community and even beyond.
