Genesis is a cheerful and artistic child. She lives with her parents and two brothers in a rural community in Honduras. During the day Genesis attends primary school, when she is home she helps her mother gather water while her father works as a farmer during the seasons. This family of five lives in a one-room house made of adobe walls, tile roofs, and dirt floors. Despite the circumstances, Genesis is healthy and enjoys playing with dolls.
