This is Sofia. She lives in Cochabamba, central Bolivia. She grows up in a remote community where life is a constant struggle. She is a joyful, caring and friendly girl who loves to play with dolls.  With limited resources and toys, she finds joy in simple activities that capture her curiosity and imagination. She attends kindergarten, where she enjoys her art classes. She lives with her parents and 3 siblings in a rudimentary house made of brick walls and corrugated iron sheets on the roof. While they have electricity, they lack adequate sanitation services. Her father earns a living as a driver, while her mother takes care of the home. The family monthly income comes to around US $ 57.00. This is barely enough money for a family to sustain itself. Through your consistent monthly support, letters and prayers, you will help this child live up to her full potential and make a friend for life.
