Oumar was born in Babiliya Doula, this village is located in the community of Heremakonon, he lives with his parents who live only from agricultural and livestock activities. They live in huts made of banko, each year the father of the family generates only $350 dollars to meet their needs, they eat only one or two meals a day throughout the year, and want help to improve their living conditions. They find drinking water through the only well in the village.Oumar is a kind little boy, in school, he is in the 3rd year, he likes to play with his little toys with his friends in the village, he is in good health no disability and sleeps with his parents in local beds, he wishes to have help through people of good will to improve his living condition in order to have a better future.
