He lives with his father and mother with his three bothers and two siters .They live in a traditional house made up of sticks and grass in their communal land. They fetch water from a community borehole whose water is not clean thus redisposing the family to water borne diseases. They practice mat waeving and broom making. To supplement their livelihood, his mother keeps some goats which they get milk during rainy seasons only.
