Mountakha is a healthy, calm and jovial child who has not started attending kindergarten yet. His mother has passed away.  He lives with his father, aunt and paternal grandmother in the cement-built family house, where they do have access to water and electricity. His faher is a bricklayer who works intermittently, because he has to find building sites where to work. His irregular earnings can be estimated about US$ 1,240.00 per year, which can hardly enable him to meet his family’s basic needs.Therefore, te child really needs some support from the federation for his education and health needs.
