Philomena -is a charming young girl who comes from the northern part of Kenya, Turkana County. She lives with both parents, no brothers and two sisters. They live in a palm thatched mud house in a communal land. they fetch water from a community hand pump whose water is saline and not safe for human consumption which exposes the child to water borne diseases. His mother is a house wife while his father is the primary breadwinner of the family who depends on charcoal burning and brooms making selling. The family annual income is below 360 US dollars which is not enough to sustain family basic needs. For this reason, her mother decided to approach the office seeking for assistance. Philomena is not enrolled in a school hence she has not attained school going age anywhere. Her favourite game while at home is playing with toys dolls. She would like to be a teacher when she grows up. She not assigned any chores at home hence she is still young. Your support will bring a lasting change to her life.
