Wilmer is a curious child who lives with both his parents and sister in a rural community. This family of four live in a two-room house made of stick and mud walls, zinc rood, and dirt floor with a latrine as sanitary service. The house does not have any electricity service.  His father works as a farmer during seasons to provide for the family, while his mother stays at home caring for him and his sister along with the household chores. Wimer is a happy child who likes to play with cars.
