Tenneh is a beautiful girl, who lives with her parents and siblings in a farming community in the far north of Sierra Leone. Her village is hard to reach and lack safe drinking water and educational facility. They fetch water from the stream and near by swamps. They dwell in an old mud stick house of four bed rooms roofed with old zinc which has some leakages especially during the rains. She sometimes suffers from common cold and fever. Her parents depend on farming as source of income earning little income less than US$420. Their annual income is not enough to take care of the home. She is not yet attending school because the village has no educational facility. She likes to play with baby doll made of wood. She is very popular among her peers as she loves to dance to local music. The child is in good health at present. With sponsorship support, the child will have an opportunity to go to school and grow in a safe and conducive environment.
