This is Carlos. He is a joyful, caring and playful boy. He grows up in La Paz, Bolivia. He is part of an underprivileged community that faces many serious difficulties, including life-altering malnutrition, extreme generational poverty, and poor educational services. He likes to play with cars and plush animals. He is a bundle of joy and wonder. He lives with his parents in a rudimentary small dwelling made of adobe walls, cement floor and corrugated metal roof. His father earns a living as a construction worker, while his mother runs the home. The family income is around US $ 258.00 per month, which is insufficient and minimal to cover the basics. Like many children in this country, he needs your love and support to have access to better living conditions to grow up as a healthy and productive adult.
