Wesley is a very young Brazilian boy who lives with his parents, Walan and Wanderlucia, and with a sister, in a small rural community located in the state of Ceara. Their simple home, which is rented, has brick walls and rough cement flooring. It has a tiny bathroom. Running water and electricity are available. Walan works as an unskilled laborer in a quarry and earns very low wages. Wesley is cheerful and affectionate. He likes playing with toy cars in the company of other kids his age. He also has fun playing with Lupi, his pet dog. Wesley is considered to have good health, in spite of the poor living conditions and diet. He is still too young to attend school. The family is needy and through your support Wesley and his family have the opportunity to participate in important projects in the areas of health, recreation, education and nutrition.
