Hamshika is a healthy smart girl and she comes from a family of two children. She lives with her family in a rural community situated in the central region of Sri Lanka. She is an outstanding performer in her preschool which is 1Km away. She enjoys drawing and coloring. Her father is a waiter and mother is a casual worker. Their income is inadequate. Their small dwelling has cement walls, cement floor and roof with tin sheets. They get drinking water from the common well in that area. They have access to electricity but don’t have sanitary facilities. Parents give priority to the needs of their children over their own but often feel worried for letting their children down. Your sponsorship is certainly treasured as it is an effective way to help children get health care, education, life skills, and confidence they need to create lasting change in their lives and communities.
