Majuma lives with mother and two siblings in North Eastern Uganda. She enjoys playing with dolls and singing local songs. Majuma is physically disabled and so she cannot walk by herself. The father deserted the family because of her disability. Her legs are crippled and weak to support her body so the mother carries her but she can sit, talk and feed by herself. The family is unable to give her that sexualized treatment and care because they dont have enough income. Majuma needs walking devices and therapy that the parents cannot afford so at times she is miserable. She wishes to play and walk like other children but limited by the disability. The family earns less than 10 US dollars per month which is not enough to give Majuma proper care. Your kind support will restore hopes of a good future to Majuma and her family.
