Sunkary and the entire family lives in the west coast region of the Gambia. She lives with the mother and father in the same house. Sunkary is enrolled in primary school and she travels few meters to school. She is a very active and and friendly child. She loves playing in the sand. Her father is a farmer and the mother is also a farmer they grow coos ,maize ,groundnuts and rice for the up kept of the family. Their annual income is below average which hardly takes them all the year round. Sponsorship through ChildFund will help this child and family life a better life and achieve her dreams.
