Oliver is one of the needy but cheerful boy who lives with his mother and grandparents in one of the remote villages that form Tigwilizane community in Luangwa district of Zambia. The childs grandparents are local subsistence farmers who always grow maize, pumpkins and groundnuts mainly for their own consumption and just a little for sale in order to raise some income for other needful commodities. The familys annual income is very low as farming which is their source of income has been hit negatively lately by the drought and floods attributed to climate change. hence the family is forced to do some piece works in order to meet the familys needs. Oliver is currently in preschool at a nearby school and enjoys singing and drawing. His grandparents want him to be educated and to be able to support his family when he grows up. His health is good, and he likes playing with toys. Your sponsorship will contribute to laying a strong foundation for Olivers education and a better future.
