Noelie is a sociable and lovely little girl. She lives with her parents in a region located far from the capital city. Her father is a watchman whose annual revenue does not exceed US $1300.00 which is not sufficient to cope with all the family members’ needs. Noelie and parents live in a family house where they have access to running water and also electricity supply. As for her mother, she is a brave housewife who always manages to fix the daily meals that are often based on rice. Noelie is attending the local primary school where she is regular and seems to enjoy learning. After school, she likes assisting her mother with the small house chores and errands and also playing with her friends in the neighborhood. She also enjoys being by her mother’s side. This lovely and beautiful little girl does need assistance in order to live in better conditions.
