Zaila is a jovial child who lives with both of her parents and sister in Luangwa district of Zambia. Zailas parents are local subsistence farmers who grow maize, beans and pumpkins at a small scale mainly for their own consumption. However, their yields are sometimes affected by the droughts or floods depending on the weather conditions in each particular farming season as Luangwa is an area with unpredictable weather. Unfortunately, the money earned is not enough to help carter for their basic needs as their familys annual income is not more than $350. Your help through sponsorship will help to brighten the life of Zaila and that of her family.
