Victor is a joyful, playful and smiley boy. He lives in La Paz, the seat of government of Bolivia. He is part of an underprivileged community that faces many serious difficulties, including life-altering malnutrition, extreme generational poverty, and poor educational services. With limited resources and toys, he finds joy in simple activities that capture his curiosity and imagination. He lives with his parents and 2 siblings in a rudimentary small dwelling made of adobe walls, cement floor and corrugated metal roof. His father earns a living as a house painter, while his mother runs the home. The family income is around US $ 287.00 per month, which is insufficient and minimal to cover the basics. Like many children in this country, he needs your love and support to have access to better living conditions to grow up as a healthy and productive adult.
