Sarjo is an active and healthy young baby boy, he lives in the village with his father, mother, brothers and sisters in the western region of the Gambia. It is about 198 kilometers from the capital city, the village has some facilities such as fire service, pipe borne water system, schools and electricity. The population of the village is about 4600 inhabitants, most of the inhabitants are all traditional farmers including his parents, the family’s income is never enough to meet the family’s basic needs, such as health care service and educational expenses.
