Shatheesha is a cute little baby boy and does not attend a school as yet. Shatheesha, his three brothers and parents reside in a beautiful village located in the Moneragala district of Sri Lanka. They live in a partially built rented house which has been constructed with bricks. The floor of the house has been cemented and the roof is covered with clay tiles. Shatheesha’s family enjoys clean water from their own unprotected well.  They also enjoy electricity, and proper sanitary facilities. However, this family is experiencing a difficult life as the income his father earns is $560/- per annum which is not sufficient for their needs. His mother takes care of their household duties and tries to manage their expenses with the little money that they get.  By sponsoring him, we have the opportunity to create a brighter future for Shatheesha  and also help him to enjoy a better life and  as well as bring a ray of hope to his entire family.
