Jackline is a calm young girl who comes from the northern part of Kenya, Turkana County. She is lives with her mother, father, one brother and  one sister. The family lives in a palm thatched mud hut in a communal land. They fetch water from a community hand pump whose water is saline and not safe for child consumption. Her mother practices mat weaving and basketry activity while er father herds other peoples live stocks.  However, the annual income derived from these economic activities is below 360 US dollars which is not enough to support family basic needs. Her mother decided to approach the office seeking for assistance. Jackline is not enrolled in school since she has not attained school going age. She likes playing with toy dolls and running with friends. Her mother would like her to grow up healthy and become an engineer when she grows up.  Jackline has not been assigned any chores since she is still young. Your support will bring a lasting change to her life and the entire family.
