Samuel is a cool young boy who comes from the northern part of Kenya, Turkana County. He is raised by his mother and father. They live in a palm thatched mud house in their communal land. The family gets their water in a community bore hole whose water is saline hence not safe for child consumption. His mother is the breadwinner of the family who depends on charcoal burning and selling activity. His father practices herding as an income supplementation activity. However, the annual income derived from this economic activity is below 360US dollars which is not enough to sustain the family. His mother therefore decided to approach the office seeking for assistance. Samuel is not enrolled in school since he has not attained school going age. He likes playing with improvised toy cars with his friends. His mother would like him to become a teacher when he grows up. Since he is still young, Samuel has not been assigned any house chores. Your support will bring a lasting change to his life.
