Teresa is a calm girl who comes from the northern part of Kenya, Turkana County. She is raise by her mother and father. Teresa  also has one sister and one brother. The family lives in palm thatched mud house in a communal land. They fetch water from a community hand pump whose water is saline and not enough for domestic use. The family depends on basket and mat weaving exercise for economical sustenance. However, the annual income generated from this activity is below 360 US dollars which is not enough to sustain family basic needs. Her mother decided to approach the office seeking for assistance. Teresa  is not enrolled in school since she has not attained school going age. She likes playing with improvised toys and shakers. Her parents would like her to be a nurse when she grows up and also help the less fortunate in the society. Your support will bring a lasting change to her life.
