Let’s introduce you to the very cute boy named Kiya who lives with her parents in a destitute area with poor hygiene. The community where the child lives there is lacks potable water, school facilities and quality health services.  They use river water for drinking. The family lives in a small house.  The family communicates in Gurage local language.  Her father supports the family by working casual workers.  Her mother is a house wife. They earn less than 400 USD income per annum which is not enough to cover even their most basic needs. They plan to change their lives by being engaged in income generating activities. This can be achieved if they get some support and encouragement. In order to overcome the poverty Kiya is facing, she needs a helping hand so that she can get a better education to have a brighter future.  Kiya is a little child and she has not yet started to go to school.  Her favorite game is playing Hide seek.

Ending child poverty begins with kiya. It’s easy. It’s impactful.
