Pape is a kind and active baby boy. He lives with his parents and siblings in one of the villages of the countryside. They share the house with other close relatives. His father is, like most of the people of this area, a traditional farmer whereas his mother stays at home to take care of the family. The annual income of US $ 800.00 which the father derives from his crops at the end of the season is hardly enough to solve the family’s basic needs. Pape is not in school yet because he has not reached the required age. He stays most of the time at home with his mother whom he is too attached. Support from a caring sponsor would be so much appreciated by this child’s family.
