Kenny is a quiet little girl living with both parents and three sisters in a small remote village in Northern Uganda. Her family lives in two grass-thatched houses made of grass, mud blocks and packed dirt that exposes them to respiratory infections. This is temporary and in most cases the family takes too long to replace the grass thus Kenny is exposed to cold in the night. They earn only 4 US dollars from their farm products, which cannot meet all her needs as well as those of the family needs of health care, feeding and beddings. The family farms on a quarter an acre and the harvest has been poor due to a lot of sun shine thus they feed on one meal a day, which is taken very late. Sometimes they depend on wild fruits and if not they have to forego food until morning. Kenny is not yet enrolled in school because she is still young to attend school. Your kind support will be a blessing to Kenny as she will be able to attain the needs that she has always longed for.
