Immaculate is a bright girl living in North Eastern Uganda with both parents and three siblings. She has not started her education journey yet due to her tender age. She likes playing in a basin full of water yet water is very difficult to get in their village because of the distant water sources. They sleep in a small grass thatched hut made of mud walls and packed dirt thus cannot harvest rain water. The family uses the cow dung to smear the floor to prevent infections. Immaculate enjoys eating porridge together with mashed sweet potatoes as her favorite meal. Her family depends on subsistence farming for survival but most of their harvest is consumed at home while any surplus is sold off to get some income. The family lives on less than US10 dollars a month which is not enough to cater for their basic necessities. With your kind contribution, her wellbeing and future will be assured.
