Muctar is a smart boy who Lives with his parents in a small village in the Northern part of Sierra Leone. His village is beautified with mango trees, orange trees and other fruit trees. His village is located near a swamp that serves as a breeding ground for mosquitoes in the dry season. They also fetch their drinking water from a local well dug in the swamp that is not safe for drinking. Muctar parents are farmers and chercoal burnners. Their annual income from th sales of their chercoal is very minmal to address the basic needs of the family. Muctar is in school and loves playing football. Sponsorship will help him continue school and become educated and confident child.
