Meet Eva. She grows up on the outskirts of Tarija, southwestern Bolivia. More than 230.00 people live in this city. She lives with her parents and 3 siblings in a small house built from brick walls and metal roof. She is a friendly, joyful and playful girl who loves to play with dolls. Her favorite animals are dogs. Her father earns a living as a bricklayer, while her mother is a shop clerk. The family makes around US$ 361.00 per month, which is not enough to cover the family needs. Underprivileged children in Bolivia often receive very poor education, cannot rely on healthcare system and usually either start working very early in their lives or are married even before reaching maturity. Sponsorship will positively impact the life of this child through the simple knowledge that someone cares about her well-being. This gives children in need hope, which is powerful.
