Sory lives in a village in the far interior of Guinea. His parents are local farmer and they cultivate rice and fonio, which provide them with a little amount of $380 yearly. They dwell in a mud house with no electricity and clean water. With this little income, not much can be done to meet all the needs of the family. They share only two little meals a day.Sory is a very kind little boy, attending school in the village. He likes reading and dancing with his friends in the school. When he is not in school he likes to do small errands for his parents. At night he sleeps with his father on a wooden bed.A kind helping hand will enable the child to go to school to learn to read and write in the future.
