Kalu is a very cheerful girl who lives with her grandmother and four siblings in a destitute area with poor hygiene and low infrastructure facilities.  Her grandmother is a farmer to make a living.  Kalu is a preschool student.  Her favorite subject is reading English alphabets. She likes to play traditional games.  The community where the child lives in the area where there is shortage of health service, school teachers, potable water and other basic services. The family lives in a small hut made up of wood and mud. Their minimal income, which is very low per annum, is not enough to cover even their most basic needs. They plan to change their lives by being engaged in income generating activities. This can be achieved if they get some support and encouragement.  Kalu will also have a bright future if she gets helping hand to have access for quality education and health services.  

Ending child poverty begins with Kalu. It’s easy. It’s impactful.
