Sponsor A Child

Gutema is a very cheerful boy who lives with his parents and five siblings in a deprived part of the country. His mother is a housewife and his father is a farmer to make a living.  They communicate in Oromo local language.  Gutema is a little child and he has not yet started to go to school. The child enjoys playing local game with his friends. The community where the child lives in there is lack of quality education, health centers, and transportation. In addition, there is no sanitary facilities. The family lives in a small hut covered by grass. Their minimal income, which is very low per annum, is not enough to cover even their most basic needs. They plan to change their lives by being engaged in income generating activities. This can be achieved if they get some support and encouragement.  Gutema will also have a bright future if he gets helping hand to have access for quality education and health services.  

Ending child poverty begins with Gutama. It’s easy. It’s impactful.
