Saliou was born in Souleymania where he lives with his parents, this village is located in the community of Dabolakoro where they have neither electricity nor drinking water, they are traditional farmers and herders, and during times of difficulty they sometimes do traditional fishing to be able to solve their problem. They eat the harvest of their crop during the dry season and the rainy season finds that they are already in short supply, which is why they eat once a day during the rainy season and twice during the dry season. With a very low income of no more than $380 dollar, they live in banko huts, and they find it difficult to get a favorable condition. Saliou is a little boy who is out of school, he is in good health with no signs of disability, likes to play ball with his old friends; wants help to improve their living conditions and have a better future.
