Saliou was born in Souleymania where he lives with his parents, this village is located in the community of Dabolakoro where they have neither electricity nor drinking water, they are traditional farmers and herders, and during times of difficulty they sometimes do traditional fishing to be able to solve their problem. They eat the harvest of their crop during the dry season and the rainy season finds that they are already in short supply, which is why they eat once a day during the rainy season and twice during the dry season. With a very low income of no more than $380 dollar, they live in banko huts, and they find it difficult to get a favorable condition.
