Scovia is such a bright and friendly little girl. She lives with both parents and siblings in central Uganda. They stay in grass thatched house. They practice small scale farming as their source of food and some income of US 10 dollars monthly. Their income is too little to support all the basic needs. She is enrolled at an Early Childhood Development Centre and her best subject is counting, it is always a tug of war for her to have school needs and this prevents her from get good results in academics. Her parents struggle so hard to provide the basic needs to her and siblings but because of poverty they end up failing. Although she is always challenged in her life journey she finds it good to help her parents with sweeping compound and fetching water. She is bright and talkative which enables her to express herself confidently, her friendly nature helps her have many friends to play with, she loves playing with doll which she makes out of banana fibers.
