She attends a local school, where she enjoys her sports classes. She also studies math, science and Spanish. She says she would like to be a hairstylist when she gets older. She lives with her parents and 2 siblings in a rudimentary house made of brick walls and corrugated iron sheets on the roof. Her father earns a living as a bricklayer, while her mother takes care of the household chores. The family monthly income comes to around US $ 300.00. This is barely enough money for a family to sustain itself.
