Her father is a driver who does not earn more than US $1400.00 annually. The income is not sufficient to make both ends meet. Fortunately they live in the family house that prevents him from paying the house rent. They live in a modest house where they have access to running water and electricity supply. As for Mame Diarra’s mother, she is a brave housewife who stays at home to prepare the daily meals that are often based on rice. Little Mame Diarra is attending the local kindergarten where she is regular and meets new friends. She is also discovering the joy of learning. She spends her free moments playing with her friends in the neighborhood, running the small errands and being by her mother’s side. This lovely little girl does need support in order to live in better conditions.
