Vivian, who stays with her wonderful family in Eastern Uganda, is a child with great hopes and aspirations for the future. Her family however, is a struggling one due to a number of ongoing undesired circumstances that overwhelm them. They are peasant farmers who grow crops mainly for food consumption and put aside some that can be readily sold for income generation. The income created is not reliable and sufficient to pleasingly cater for all the impending and pressing needs of the family. With a monthly income of 20 US dollars a lot of needs are unmet to cater for the most pressing ones. With children needed in school, medical attention knocking, daily feeding, compromises ought to be made and among these are education and general wellbeing for Vivian. She requires a lot to become a successful young lady but there seems to be no hope. Your sponsorship will be a blessing to her.
