Favour lives with her parents and siblings in a small farming village. Her parents maintain a small garden where they grow crops like maize and vegetables, primarily for their own consumption, though some maize is sold. Unfortunately, their annual income of US$300 is not enough to adequately care for all their children. To supplement the family income, her mother occasionally sells tomatoes and vegetables at a nearby market. Favour sleeps on a mat made of reeds without a mattress, sharing the floor with her sister. She is not yet in school, as she is still young, but her health is in good condition. She enjoys spending time with her friends, playing with dolls made of mud. With your support, we are hopeful that she will have a better future.
