Yusufu lives with his parents in a town located at the top of a hill in the extreme north of Sierra Leone. They dwell in a round hut built out of mud and sticks with thatch roof without proper sanitation and toilet facility. Small scale farming is the main source of livelihood for the family with an annual income estimated at US$: 299 which could not address their basic needs. Yusufu is a smart boy and loves playing with his peer group members. He shares bedding with his parents on a local grass mattress spread on the floor. with sponsorship his lives will be of better quality.
