We are now introducing you the joyful girl named Makiba who lives with her parents and one siblings in a deprived part of Ethiopia.  She is a little child and she has not yet started to go to school.  Her favorite game is playing with toys.  The community where the child lives there is shortage of school facilities, health center, potable water and other basic needs. The family lives in an old small house made up of mud and wood. The family communicates in Amharic local language. Their minimal income, which is very low per annum, is not enough to cover even their most basic needs.  They plan to change their lives by being engaged in income generating activities. This can be achieved if they get some support and encouragement.  In order to overcome the poverty Makiba is facing, she needs to be enrolled in the project to have access for education and health services.  

Ending child poverty begins with Makiba. It’s easy. It’s impactful.
