Moussa lives with his parents in the village called Felle centre located in the community of Fella Hamdallaye. They practice traditional agriculture and fishing, sometimes raising small ruminants as a source of income. With a very low yield of no more than $320 a year, they live in family huts made of dirt, no electricity or drinking water, and they eat only two meals a day throughout the year. They are struggling to meet their needs. Moussa is a little boy who attends the CEC, admirable and calm, he is in good health, no disability, likes to play with his age-old friends from the village, sleeps with his parents in beds made locally under a mosquito net; wishes to have help through good people to have a bright future.
