El Hadj Doune Pathe is a healthy child who attends preschool. He lives with his parents in the family home, where they have access to water and electricity. His father was a modest driver with few means whose meagre income did not exceed $1,440.00 per year.  This is why the registration of the child in the program is necessary for his development.
