Moustapha is a healthy, calm and clever child who does not attend kindergarten yet, for lack means. He lives with his parents in the cement-built family house, where they have access to water and electricity. His father is a tailor whose activity earns him an irregular income of no more than US$ 1,000.00 per year. So, he finds it difficult to meet his family’s most basic needs. That is why some support is needed from the sponsorship system for the child’s good development, education and health.
