Rhaul is a very young Brazilian boy who lives with his parents, Ruan and Aline, in a small community located in the state of Ceara. Their simple home, which is lent to them, has brick walls, ceramic tile floor and a clay-tiled roof. It has a tiny bathroom. Electricity is available. Water is carried from an artesian well. Ruan struggles to earn a living as a herdsman when available, but his very low income is far from enough to meet even the most basic needs of his family. Rhaul is a cheerful baby boy. He is a toddler and gets into everything. He takes bottles as well as some solid foods. Playing with colorful and noisy toys keeps him amused for hours. Rhaul is considered to have good health, in spite of the poor living conditions and diet. He is still too young to attend school. The family is needy and through your support Rhaul and his family will have the opportunity to participate in important projects in the areas of health, recreation and education.
