Saimon is a little boy who lives on the coast of the southern part of Mozambique. He lives with his parents and grandmother in a very small house made of concrete with zinc sheet roof. The father of Saimon has a small business and his grandmother has a stall where she sells some products. They have a very low income and live in poor housing conditions. Some days, they do not have enough to eat, and they have difficulty paying for their basic needs. Saimon is not studying because he is underage. He is a clever and friendly boy who enjoys playing with toy cars, playing in the sand and watching cartoons. He also enjoys listening to nursery songs. The family of Saimon believes that with the help from ChildFund and partners Saimon will have the chance of having a great future and their lives will be better.
